Andrew Morgan is a Dublin-based Principal AI Engineer at Airia, where he architects an enterprise AI full-stack platform for secure workflow modernization. He has 20+ years bridging technical implementation and business strategy — from founding ThinScale Technology to leading R&D in VMware's EUC Office of the CTO, where he shipped 10+ prototypes to production and earned the VMware EUC MVP award.

His work centers on AI agent infrastructure: secure code execution, MCP server integrity and policy administration, AI pipeline model routing, and connector/OAuth brokering for agents. Outside of Airia he builds and self-hosts a family of side projects under the DonkeyWork banner.
